Delivering High-Fidelity Satellite Twins: Our 3U Cubesat EM for HILs testing
A brief on how a major aerospace prime is utilising our 3U CubeSat EM

This is a full-stack 3U Cubesat EM we recently delivered to an aerospace and defence prime. This isn't an educational kit or a watered-down trainer. Every module delivered is the exact architecture and software stack we run on our own flight missions.
It comes complete with our CMCube on-board computer (OBC), EPS, 2 x 50Wh battery packs, UHF and S Band radios and antennas, and a camera payload.
These are high-fidelity twins to capture images, build Space Situational Awareness (SSA) pipelines, stress-test space cybersecurity—including live RF-route penetration testing. It is also the ultimate hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) sandbox for:
Developing & debugging flight control software
Validating secure encryption and communication protocols
Simulating dynamic EPS programming and orbital power cycle
An upgraded package features a high-throughput, FPGA-based OBC for heavy edge-computing workloads. Building for space means eliminating assumptions on the ground.
