PowerBank - 50Wh Battery Pack for Satellites

PowerBank-50 is a flight-proven CubeSat battery pack and satellite power subsystem, delivering 50 Wh of energy from four lithium-ion 18650 cells. The compact 0.26U, 390 g design is PC/104 compatible for seamless multi-pack stacking and is suitable for LEO (Low Earth Orbit) missions. It is available in 4S1P (14.4 V) and 2S2P (7.2 V) configurations. Its advanced Battery Management System (BMS) provides real-time telemetry, smart charging, dynamic state-of-charge tracking, and autonomous heaters for extreme orbital eclipse conditions. Sub-1 mW ultra-low-power inhibit controls preserve battery health during pre-launch storage while enabling in-deployer charging. Fully configurable over RS-485 through a desktop Python GUI, PowerBank-50 supports multi-pack setup and management. The battery pack is ITAR-free, UN38.3 certified, and backed by proven space-flight heritage. Find the product datasheet here.
