ZeroCube – Raspberry Pi based Cubesat OBC

ZeroCube is a CubeSat Onboard Computer (OBC) designed for flexible in-orbit compute and on-orbit processing, powered by Raspberry Pi and integrated with NASA's cFS framework. It provides an efficient and versatile computing platform for CubeSat and small satellite missions, enabling users to extend spacecraft functionality through modular software and hardware capabilities. Mission-specific applications can be added without compromising OBC performance, while multiple I2C sensors can be connected directly to the board. An integrated hardware watchdog enhances system reliability by automatically recovering the OBC in the event of a system hang during long-duration missions. ZeroCube enables edge computing and onboard data processing for space applications.
